As Raymond worked with more writers, he noticed a pattern: the same struggles kept surfacing—structural issues, character depth, pacing, self-doubt, and the overwhelming maze of publishing choices. It wasn’t just about editing—it was about guidance, mentorship, and helping authors overcome the hurdles standing between them and their stories.
